DSW supports Climate Care Solutions on two acquisitions
Dow Schofield Watts Transaction Services has supported Climate Care Solutions in its acquisitions of Northern Shire Facilities Management and Catering Partnership, strengthening the group’s capabilities and supporting its continued growth.
Climate Care Solutions has completed its acquisitions of Northern Shire Facilities Management and Catering Partnership, bringing the group’s total to four companies.
Northern Shire is a specialist provider of commercial duct cleaning and ventilation hygiene services, while Catering Partnership provides commercial kitchen appliance servicing, maintenance and installation. The businesses operate nationally, serving customers across England, Scotland and Wales and supporting more than 1,000 locations nationwide. They have also built long-standing relationships with organisations including McDonald’s, Mitchells & Butlers, Robinsons Brewery and Parkdean Resorts.
Founded in 1993, Northern Shire has developed from a commercial contract cleaning business into a national provider of specialist ventilation and extraction system cleaning services. Catering Partnership complements its services by providing specialist support to commercial catering operators.
Climate Care Solutions said the acquisitions mark an important milestone in its growth journey, bringing more expertise and experience into the group to support customers.
