Opportunity: Transaction Services Director Midlands 

Founded 11 years ago, Dow Schofield Watts Transaction Services (DSW TS) is an established, successful and rapidly growing financial due diligence practice operating in the North West, North East and London. DSW TS is part of a wider M&A professional services group with 80+ members.

DSW TS has advised on 70 deals in the last 12 months alone and has been recognised as a market leader winning numerous awards over the years, including North West Transaction Services Team of the Year in 2016 and 2017.

The team has a wealth of experience across a variety of industries and deal types including financial buy-side due diligence, financial sell-side diligence, working capital reviews, vendor assistance, bid support and bid defence.

The business has enviable corporate, private equity and banking relationships both in the North West and on a national basis.

The Role

DSW TS has identified an opportunity to replicate its market leading, senior led service offering in the Midlands. Therefore, it is seeking to engage with individuals who are keen to be part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial team to help establish and grow the DSW TS Midlands service offering.  The ideal candidate will be an existing Director or experienced Senior Manager already operating in the Midlands TS market within a top 10 practice who is keen to take control of their career and achieve their ambitions through an autonomous and innovative advisory platform.
