Dow Schofield Watts, the specialist professional advisory and equity finance firm based in Cheshire and Leeds, have strengthened their Corporate Finance team with the appointment of Peter Barkley as a Corporate Finance Executive in Daresbury, with effect from 29th June 2015.
Peter is the latest specialist to join the firm, which also has expanding teams who provide VAT services, due diligence, forensic accounting and business recovery services.
After completing a BSc in Accountancy at Hull University, Peter then undertook his ICAEW Chartered Accountancy qualification with BDO LLP.
Peter joins directly from BDO LLP, having worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions department in the Manchester office, where he was involved in the provision of both sell side and buy side advisory and related services to both public and private businesses across a wide spectrum of industries.
