Dow Schofield Watts Transaction Services LLP (“DSW TS”), the financial due diligence experts based in Cheshire and Leeds, have strengthened their due diligence team with the appointment of Rob Parker as a Transaction Services Executive, with effect from 26th October 2015.
Rob is the latest recruit to the firm, which also has expanding teams who provide corporate finance advisory, VAT services, forensic accounting and business recovery services.
Rob joins directly from Grant Thornton, having worked in the audit department in the Manchester office, becoming experienced in a number of sectors including IT security, recruitment, manufacturing and chemicals with turnovers typically ranging from £5m to £100m.
Exposure to deals entered into by Rob’s audit clients, both buy-side and sell-side, combined with a passion for working with private equity and corporate clients within the mid-market space, has led Rob to pursue a career within transaction services at Dow Schofield Watts.
