Dow Schofield Watts, the leading specialist professional advisory and equity finance firm, have recognised the outstanding contribution by two of its team in the North West office, announcing two promotions

Keith Benson and Gregg Pendlington have been promoted to Associate Director.

Keith Benson, a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the London School of Economics joined Dow Schofield Watts Corporate Finance in 2012.  Since then Keith has provided advice on a broad range of transactions, covering both buy and sell-side advisory, private equity and raising of senior, mezzanine and equity funding. His recent transactions include the sale of PROjEN to Capita plc, advising on fund-raising for Goldshield Electronic Security and the £15 million refinancing of a leading personal finance and insolvency company.

Gregg Pendlington joined Dow Schofield Watts from Haines Watts where he was a Corporate Finance Partner, in 2013.  Since joining Gregg has advised on a number of high profile deals.
