Dow Schofield Watts shortlisted in four categories in North West Dealmaker Awards
Dow Schofield Watts has been nominated in four categories at this year’s North West Insider Dealmaker Awards which has seen a record number of entries in 2022.
It is in the running for Flotation of the Year in recognition of its successful IPO on AIM in December 2021, in which it raised £5m. It is one of only four companies nominated for the award which recognises stand-out flotations on either the London Stock Exchange, TISE or AIM markets.
The North West corporate finance team has also been shortlisted for the Mid-market Corporate Finance Team of the Year, recognising its outstanding year for mid-market deals (£10-£50m).
Meanwhile three of the deals on which the team advised have also been nominated for awards. APEM Group’s acquisition of GoBe Consultants and the sale of Leisure Bikes to JD Sports were shortlisted in the Deal of the Year (£10m-£50m) category, while Apprentify’s acquisition of Netcom was shortlisted for the sub £10m Deal of the Year.
The winners will be announced at the Dealmakers Awards on Thursday, 27 October 2022 at Manchester Central.
