Dow Schofield Watts has appointed two new Corporate Finance Executives, further strengthening the corporate finance team. This is the latest in a spate of new appointments to support its ambitious growth plans.
Gregg Pendlington brings with him a wealth of experience and ability from within the corporate finance arena. Formerly a Partner at Manchester based HW Corporate Finance, he provided invaluable advice to clients across diverse industries on acquisitions, re-financing and growth strategy.
Jessica Edwards joins from RBS Global Restructuring Group, London. As an Investment Manager within The Strategic Investments Group, she managed a diverse portfolio of equity investments obtained via debt for equity swaps.
Both are qualified chartered accountants whose roles will be to support the increasing demands (but very welcomed growth) of our client base.
