Gregg Pendlington of DSW Corporate Finance, says: “Despite the market’s slight drop off in deals in 2022, our corporate finance business has seen an increase in the number of transactions advised on in 2021. This is a testament to our expertise and flexibility together with the relationships we build with our clients and advisers over the long term.”
