Dow Schofield Watts Transaction Services recently assisted mobile telecoms provider WHP Group in its bolt-on acquisition of Paragon Telecoms Limited.
The acquisition comes swiftly after WHP’s secondary buyout by Palatine Private Equity in May 2015.
Paragon, based in St Helens, was founded by Terry Flanagan and Paul Barrow in 2013, and specialises in telecoms, engineering and construction projects.
This is the latest in a number of Palatine portfolio related transactions which Dow Schofield Watts Transaction Services has assisted on.
James Winterbottom, Palatine investment manager, commented:
“PTL has undergone rapid growth in its short lifetime and represents an excellent fit with the WHP Group in terms of culture and skillset. The DSW team did a fantastic job in supporting us and WHP on this transaction, working closely with the management team and both the buy-side and sell-side advisors, and providing us with a brief, well set-out, report. We look forward to working with them again.”
