Infinity PE investment strengthens portfolio company Goldshield Electronic Security with the acquisition of AIS Total Security.
Catriona Lang , Partner DSW TS, undertook the FDD on their recent acquisition of the Nottingham based company. This investment will further strengthen Infinity’s portfolio company Goldshield Security and their drive in becoming the UK’s leading independent provider of fire and security systems.

Finance Wales invests £2.3m in Software Company QPC
Led by Ed Brentnall, DSW Transaction Services provided financial due diligence on behalf of Finance Wales on one of its largest ever investments. QPC is an ambitious North Wales company which develops and installs contact centre software for a range of blue chip customers worldwide. This is just the latest in a series of projects DSW Transaction services have worked on with Finance Wales.
