Midlands corporate finance team move into new Leicester office

Dow Schofield Watts Corporate Finance in the Midlands have moved into their new office in the heart of Leicester. The three-strong team – who joined DSW in September and is led by Harry Walker – have taken space in Gresham Works on Market Street.

Set in the heart of Leicester’s business community, Gresham Works is on the site of the former Fenwick store. The original building was designed by Leicester architect Isaac Barradale in the 1880s and is an excellent example of the city’s Victorian architectural heritage. The building was redeveloped in 2022 after the city council supported a redevelopment of the iconic building by investing £450,000 into the scheme.

The venue includes access to extensive client meeting facilities and guest hot-desking and provides the team with ample room to accommodate their planned growth in the coming months and years.
