New London office, promotion and expansion for Dow Schofield Watts

Dow Schofield Watts (DSW) has announced the relocation of its London office. It has also promoted a key team member and added three new recruits to its corporate finance and transaction services teams.

The move to 44 Maiden Lane, WC2, is due to expanding its team, which is now nine-strong. Alex Bull and Peter Sexton join as Transaction Services Executives, and Christopher Dougan as a Corporate Finance Executive. 

Peter was an Assistant Manager in Audit with Deloitte in Birmingham for over three years, focusing on the automotive, software, and real estate sectors. He has a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Birmingham. 

Alex joins from BDO where he has spent the last three years as an Audit trainee in its Consumer Markets division, working on betting and gaming entities. He has a BSc in Economics from the University of Leicester

Chris has joined from PwC, where he was an external Auditor with its Asset Wealth Management department, focusing on investment platforms, infrastructure, private equity, and real estate funds.

Meanwhile, Phil Hodgson has been promoted to Associate Director. Phil has been with DSW’s corporate finance team for five years and has been instrumental in supporting transaction delivery and business growth.
