DSW advises Draintech Services (Midlands) on sale to Ipsum

Based in Redditch, Draintech provides specialist drainage and wastewater services. The acquisition will expand Ipsum’s drainage and wastewater capabilities by adding expertise in drainage repair and maintenance, Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining for sewer rehabilitation, high-pressure jetting, and CCTV drain surveys.

Following the acquisition, Draintech will operate as Ipsum Asset Management Services.

The transaction was completed for an undisclosed sum.

The shareholders of Draintech Services (Midlands) Limited were advised by Dave Graham, Ross Thomas, and Chris Dougan of DSW London.
