25 corporate finance professionals representing member firms from around the world exchanged views on cross-border M&A opportunities and global market trends.
Pandea is a global network of selected independent firms with a primary focus on creating and executing cross-border M&A transactions to add significant value to its members clients such as providing enhanced and cohesive access to a larger pool of international acquisition targets, local market expertise and overseas buyer pools.
This year has seen Pandea grow to 19 member firms active in 20 countries, with Alea Capital (Mexico) and Umbrella Advisors (Israel) recently joining the network.
In 2018, member firms completed 110 transactions with a combined value of over €1.6 billion, and 2019 is forecast to exceed this.
James Dow of UK-founding member Dow Schofield Watts said “We are very pleased to welcome the new member firms to the network, all of whom are strong players in key international M&A markets, bring additional geographic reach and access to experienced, entrepreneurial and like-minded professionals. Pandea is now represented in 20 countries making it the ninth largest independent M&A network in the world.”
The network meets biannually, with the next conference scheduled for June 2020 in Madrid.
