Corporate financier James Dow took part in an Ironman Triathlon challenge to raise money for charity.
James, of Warrington-based outfit Dow Schofield Watts, raised more than £2,500 by completing the event at Tenby, south Wales. The Ironman Triathlon consists of a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bicycle ride and a marathon. James finished in under 12 hours. His efforts boosted the coffers of the British Red Cross Medical Loan Service in Cheshire, where his wife Beverley is a service co-ordinator.
