Rapid rise puts Dow Schofield Watts in top 50 accounting firms
Dow Schofield Watts has been named as one of the UK’s top 50 accountancy firms, after rapidly rising up the rankings in recent years.
The firm has climbed 10 places to reach 49th position in the 2021 Accountancy Age Top 50+50, which ‘puts a spotlight on those shaping and defining UK accountancy’. It also rose by ten places the previous year.
The latest success follows the publication of Experian’s latest M&A Review which ranks Dow Schofield Watts amongst the UK’s top 15 most active deals advisers. The firm, which operates an innovative licensing model, recently opened a new office in Reading and a new debt advisory service in London. It now has over 80 professionals in seven locations, most of them with backgrounds in big 4 accounting firms, compared to 58 three years ago.
