Seven nominations for Dow Schofield Watts in the NW Insider Dealmaker Awards
Dow Schofield Watts has been nominated in seven categories at this year’s North West Insider Dealmaker Awards. Now in its 29th year, Dealmakers has seen a record number of entries in 2023.
In the running for the Mid-Market Corporate Finance Team of the Year and Transaction Services Team of the Year Awards, these nominations recognise yet another strong year for the two Dow Schofield Watts Network members.
Meanwhile, five deals Dow Schofield Watts has advised on have been shortlisted. In the Deal of the Year (sub £10 Million), the North West Corporate Finance team advised APEM on its acquisition of Marcro Works and in the same category, the Debt Advisory team provided fundraising advice to Total Fitness as it secured a £6.5m loan from OakNorth Bank.
The Deal of the Year (£10 – £50 Million) category sees the North West Transaction Services team nominated for advising Beech Tree Private Equity on its investment in Arc UK Systems Limited, whilst the North West Corporate Finance team advised BES Group on its acquisition of XEIAD and the London Transaction Services team advised Apiary Capital on its investment in First Intuition.
