Callum joined Dow Schofield Watts Corporate Finance in 2015, where he advises clients on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, buyouts, equity and debt fundraising, as well as strategic advice in relation to valuations, succession and exit planning.
Since joining Dow Schofield Watts, he has worked on a variety of transactions across numerous sectors. Recent deals advised on include:
Merger of Lomond Capital and Linley & Simpson in a £100m deal, with funds provided by LDC and LGT Capital Partners | Sale of Proseal to JBT Corporation for £220m | Sale of Grays Waste Management to Veolia | Management buyout of BMSI from Centrica Plc | Sale of Euroliters to The Flame Group
Callum is also responsible for coordinating and growing DSW’s international M&A network, Pandea Global M&A.
Prior to Dow Schofield Watts, Callum was at KPMG, where he gained his Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification and worked in both the Audit and Restructuring departments.
Outside of work, Callum enjoys playing golf, tennis, running, skiing, travelling and the occasional trip to Old Trafford!
