James joined Dow Schofield Watts Corporate Finance in 2019, where he is involved in advising clients on a range of transactions including buyouts, acquisitions & disposals, debt & equity fundraising, as well as providing strategic advice focused on valuation and exit strategy.
Prior to joining Dow Schofield Watts, James worked for the corporate finance arm of a regional accounting firm, where he also qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant. Before this, James also worked as a management consultant on a range of strategic projects in the Middle East – he started his career as part of a training scheme designed to recruit technical officers for the British Army.
In his own time, James enjoys spending time in North Wales, travelling and experimenting in the kitchen!
