Jonathan joined DSW Business Recovery as a Restructuring & Recovery Consultant in October 2023.
Having initially worked within an accounting and audit team, Jonathan ultimately specialised in business rescue and recovery and qualified as an Insolvency Practitioner in 1995. Jonathan established his own practice, J M Marriott & Co, in 1999 and commenced taking appointments. J M Marriott & Co successfully provided corporate and personal insolvency services until 2012. Jonathan shifted his focus to turnaround and transformation, supporting organisations as they responded to industry and strategic pressures. As a seasoned executive coach and business mentor, Jonathan has also supported business owners and leaders in developing strategic leadership skills and competencies. Equipping them with the tools they need to achieve sustainable growth and personal resilience.
Away from work, you will find Jonathan enjoying the great outdoors, whether cycling, walking, kayaking or gardening.
