Melanie Clark

Melanie established Dow Schofield Watts Corporate Finance (Aberdeen) in 2017 (formerly named Hall Morrice Corporate Finance Limited) alongside Tom Faichnie. She is an ICAS qualified Chartered Accountant specialising in Corporate Finance.

Prior to DSW, Melanie worked with KPMG, Simmons and Company and RSM where she gained a wide range of deal experience across a diverse range of sectors advising business owners, management teams and private equity investors.

Melanie specialises in M&A advisory, buy-side support and financial due diligence. She has strong skills in financial modelling and is responsible for building and maintaining bespoke financial models for a number of clients across various sectors.

She has been recognised as Scottish Accountant of the Year at the Business Insider Scottish Accountancy and Finance Awards 2018, Rising Star at the Northern Star Business Awards 2018 and an ICAS Top 100 Young CA 2018 and 2019.
