After choosing the Joshua Tree as our local charity back in 2019 we decided to sponsor the finishers medals for their Frosty 5k event.
The Joshua Tree is a Cheshire based Children’s Cancer Charity, who operate across the North West and North Wales and are dedicated to working closely with families affected by childhood cancers.
The event took place on the 18th January, a sunny and crisp Saturday at Northwich’s Marbury Park, and included winter-themed zones featuring an Icy Igloo, Fog, Fire and Snow zone. Runners from our Daresbury office joined the race and collected their medals, raising over £600 for the charity for a very worthy cause.
