Richard established Dow Schofield Watts Transaction Services London in June 2018.
Richard has over 20 years of experience providing specialist financial due diligence and transaction-related services, working on a range of private equity and corporate transactions, on both buy-side and sell-side roles, with services covering due diligence, transaction assistance, completion mechanisms and SPA advice. His experience covers a variety of sectors, including business services, education, manufacturing and consumer businesses.
Richard joined DSW from Deloitte, where he was a senior member of their London Transaction Services team and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG.
