Liz joined DSW Capital in 2021 as Talent & Resourcing Manager and is responsible for recruitment, assessment, and people development to support Dow Schofield Watts’ expansion across the UK.
Liz began her career in finance recruitment. After completing a Master’s Degree in Occupational Psychology, Liz then spent 13 years working for a leadership consultancy specialising in executive assessment and leadership development, working with SME and FTSE-listed clients, nationally. More recently, Liz joined a boutique recruitment business as a senior finance recruiter and set up their psychometric profiling service line.
Liz is responsible for attracting, assessing, and developing finance professionals. Building on her business psychology roots, she uses psychometric profiling to inform new hiring decisions and provides people development support to existing professionals across the DSW network.
Liz has successfully launched a number of initiatives across DSW, including the highly successful Future Leaders programme and partner-led Mentoring.
