Zain joined Dow Schofield Watts Corporate Finance in the Midlands in August 2024 as Corporate Finance Manager.
Before joining, Zain worked for Forvis Mazars’ Deals & Financing team. There, he specialised in buy-side and sell-side due diligence for mid-market businesses and private equity firms while also supporting financial reporting for publicly listed companies.
At Rodl & Partner, he began his career preparing management and statutory accounts before quickly progressing through the ranks in Audit, where he qualified as an ACA Chartered Accountant.
In his spare time, Zain enjoys playing and watching football, occasionally working out in the gym and going on hikes.
