Cath joined DSW Capital in 2019 as Recruitment Manager to assist key stakeholders with growth.
She previously spent 15 years in boutique recruitment businesses in the North West, mainly in the financial sector ,and has considerable experience working with clients on a range of roles from junior to board level and executive appointments.
Having worked extensively with hiring managers on a regular basis, Cath is well placed to transfer that experience into a collaborative internal role with Dow Schofield Watts, where she can support the business with changing requirements and advise on recruitment strategy that will enhance the plans for growth.
In her spare time, Cath enjoys DIY-ing, and attending her children’s football games.
