Daphne Robertson is the founder and Senior Partner of DR Solicitors, which became part of Dow Schofield Watts in 2024.
A frequent speaker and writer on medical partnership issues, Daphne is widely acknowledged as one of the nation’s foremost authorities on all aspects of NHS Partnership and associated regulatory law. She has long been rated as “top-ranked” by Chambers UK.
Daphne received her legal training at the “magic circle” company Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. She has subsequently worked in Moscow, been a legal lecturer at Albany University in New York, and taught partnership and commercial law at the University of Law in London.
