Director | North West

Callum is a Director of Dow Schofield Watts Corporate Finance, joining in 2015, where he advises clients on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, buyouts, equity, and debt fundraising.

Callum is responsible for coordinating and growing DSW’s international M&A network, Pandea Global M&A, which has coverage in 31 countries and is represented by over 350 dealmaking professionals with a collective track record of transacting over 2,500 deals.

Prior to Dow Schofield Watts, Callum was at KPMG, where he gained his Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification and worked in both the Audit and Restructuring departments.

Outside of work, Callum enjoys playing golf, tennis, running, skiing, travelling and the occasional trip to Old Trafford!

He has worked on a variety of transactions across numerous sectors, with significant experience in cross-border transactions, including:

Sale of Proseal (food packaging specialist) to US-listed JBT Corporation for £220m.

Sale of Techtex (healthcare consumables) to US-listed Ecolab Inc.

Sale of Collabco (education technology) to US-based Ready Education, backed by Level Equity.

Sale of Ross Care (healthcare services provider) to Millbrook Healthcare, backed Cairngorm Capital, followed by advising the Ross Care management team on the subsequent sale to Netherlands-based Medux, backed by NPM Capital.

The merger of Lomond Capital and Linley & Simpson (lettings and estate agency consolidators) in a £100m deal backed by LDC, followed by ongoing strategic advice to the group.

Multiple acquisitions for Lattimer (precision engineering company) across the UK and Europe, along with associated financing.

Sale of Grays Waste Management to French-list Veolia.

Management buyout of BMSI (integrator of building energy management systems) from Centrica Plc.
