Jonathan joined Dow Schofield Watts Transaction Services Yorkshire as a Partner in 2020.
He qualified with PwC and has more than 20 years’ financial due diligence experience with Big 4 firms, latterly with KPMG. He has advised corporate and private equity clients on strategic buy-side and sell-side transactions across a wide range of deal sizes and sectors. He also has considerable experience of advising debt providers on refinancing and other transactions, and has worked in leveraged finance for a major UK bank.
His recent experience has been focused on the manufacturing, business services, food, and technology sectors, and has ranged from advising family-owned businesses to large cross-border deals.
