North West teams secure four nominations in Dealmakers Awards
Dow Schofield Watts has received four nominations in the 2024 North West Dealmakers Awards, celebrating 30 years.
The Corporate Finance team has been shortlisted for Mid-Market Corporate Finance Team of the Year, with Transaction Services in the running for the Transaction Services Team of the Year.
A further two deals on which DSW have advised have also been shortlisted:
- International Deal of the Year – Acquisition of Biosis by APEM
- Deal of the Year (Sub £10m) – BGF and DSW Ventures investment into the Insights Family
The winners will be announced at the final on 17 October at Manchester Central, and all winners will be put forward for the 2025 UK Dealmakers Awards, the inaugural UK-wide award ceremony.
