Holly joined DSW Capital in August 2025 as Head of Recruitment.
Holly brings over a decade of experience in sourcing and developing entrepreneurial professionals. She began her career at Alexander Mann before holding senior roles at McKinsey and Deloitte.
In her new role, Holly will lead the firm’s recruitment strategy, with a
particular focus on attracting ambitious professionals to join DSW. She will play a key role in building the firm’s brand, raising its profile in the market and ensuring it continues to attract top-tier talent to the Dow Schofield Watts group.
