Corporate Finance Executive | North West
Ben joined Dow Schofield Watts Corporate Finance in the North West in 2025.
He graduated from Newcastle University with a degree in Accounting and Finance, before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) at Deloitte.
During his eight years at Deloitte, Ben began his career in the Manchester office, working with high-growth private and private equity-backed NW businesses. He later transferred to Sydney, progressing to Senior Manager within the Listed Audit division. There, he supported highly acquisitive ASX-listed and private equity-backed clients across a range of sectors, gaining extensive exposure to complex transactions and international operations.
Ben is now a corporate finance adviser in mid-market corporate transactions on both buy-side and sell-side mandates, including acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing’s.
