Head of Operations | North West
Larissa joined DSW Capital, based in our Daresbury office, as Head of Operations in February 2026.
Larissa works closely with the executive team to support the delivery of several key projects, as well as helping to strengthen the ongoing support we provide across the business.
She has over 14 years in the legal industry, starting her career as an office junior and working her way up through the roles of paralegal, fee earner, team leader, head of department and then head of legal operations in 2022.
She has extensive experience running high-value professional negligence cases and heading up legal departments and is passionate about improving and streamlining processes and continuously developing systems to improve efficiency.
In her spare time, Larissa enjoys dog walks, reformer pilates, and padel.
