DSW‘s Corporate Finance team has been shortlisted in the Young Professional Team of the Year category. Eight of the 14-strong team – Connor Monaghan, Callum Sellar, Tom Dutton, Daniel Walker, Ross Thomas, Alex Odin, Rose Arnold and James Curtis – are aged 33 and under and between them have supported the completion of 34 deals in the last 12 months.

The team has been recognised for proactively moving the business forward, taking an ‘ownership’ approach whilst supporting the wider team and executing deals.

Meanwhile, Rachel Roberts, a digital marketing apprentice has been shortlisted in the Young Apprentice of the Year category. The 25-year-old joined DSW after a career change from the payroll sector in 2022. In just a short time she has dramatically improved its social media output while managing campaigns and creating content.

2023 marks the 20-year anniversary of the Young Professional Awards in the North West and the winners will be announced on Wednesday, 19 April at The Midland Hotel in Manchester.
