Beech Tree Private Equity-backed Arc Systems recently acquired Perspicuity Ltd, a leading consultancy renowned for its expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Copilot alongside Power Platform, and other advanced technologies supporting Data Governance and AI.
Dow Schofield Watts has supported Arc with a bolt-on acquisition for the third time since providing due diligence services for Beech Tree’s investment in 2023.
