Assura Completes Developer Acquisition

DSW Transaction Services provided due diligence to Assura plc on its latest acquisition of primary care property developer, Apollo Capital Projects Development.

The acquisition has allowed Assura plc, a leading investor and developer in the primary care sector, to expand its existing development team to 11 specialist surveyors and significantly increase its development scheme pipeline.
