Ashley joined DSW R&D Tax Advisory in October 2026 as an R&D Executive.
He is a Loughborough University graduate with a first-class degree in Management. During his studies, he completed a placement year with IHG Hotels & Resorts in Financial Reporting, ultimately leading him down the finance route and into a role at DSW.
Outside of work, Ashley is a national-level swimmer and has been competing for over 10 years. He currently swims for Trafford Masters and has also trained with Altrincham Swimming Club and Loughborough University. His biggest achievement to date was winning a National Silver Medal in the 50m Backstroke in 2023.
Ashley also runs a small YouTube and TikTok channel focused on a game called World of Tanks Blitz, with a combined audience of around 75,000 subscribers and followers.
