Ben is one of the founding partners of Dow Schofield Watts Business Recovery LLP.
Following graduation in geography and economics from Kings College in London, Ben joined Ernst and Young in London. In 1992 he moved to Coopers & Lybrand in Manchester and began to specialise in corporate recovery and insolvency.
In 2002 Ben joined Unity Business Services, as a Recovery Director, becoming an equity partner in 2003. After the acquisition of Unity by RSM Tenon in 2007, Ben became an RSM Tenon partner, staying with the firm through its problems and leaving in March 2014 after the acquisition of the firm by Baker Tilly.
At RSM Tenon, Ben was an appointment taking partner in the Recovery team, and specialised in providing business recovery advice to SMEs and working alongside existing professional advisors.
