Ross joined Dow Schofield Watts Corporate Finance in London & the South East as a director in April 2026.
Ross has significant experience in delivering lead advisory services on sell-side and buy-side M&A engagements and across a variety of refinancing events. He also has deep sector experience within B2B business services, environmental services, TICC, and financial services markets.
He is ACA qualified from KPMG and gained valuable in-house industry experience at Kingspan and DSW Corporate Finance North West.
Key deal experience includes acting as lead advisor on the following transactions:
– Nine acquisitions for APEM Group (3 in each of UK, Ireland and Australia) and one refinancing with Virgin Money
– The sale of ARMA Connect to Normec
– Alpine Fire’s acquisition of DAS Fire
– The sale of Ruth Lee Limited to Protect Medical
– Inflexion’s investment in DR&P and DR&P’s subsequent acquisition of CLP and refinancing with Ares
– BES Group’s acquisitions of Lantei and XEIAD
– The sale of Techtex to Ecolab
– The sale of Leisure Lakes Bikes to JD Sports Plc.
