Arc Systems Group completes third acquisition

Dow Schofield Watts has supported Arc with a bolt-on acquisition for the third time since providing due diligence services for Beech Tree’s investment in 2023.

Perspicuity’s extensive experience in consulting, professional, and managed services spans diverse sectors, such as Professional Services, Travel, Technology, and Leisure. This acquisition builds on Arc’s recent integration of Azure infrastructure specialist NITC, which expanded its hybrid cloud capabilities and further reinforced its position as a comprehensive provider of cutting-edge IT and software solutions.
