
Holly Payne appointed as Head of Recruitment at Dow Schofield Watts
We are pleased to share Holly Payne has been appointed as Head of Recruitment, reinforcing its commitment to empowering entrepreneurial talent and expanding its pioneering platform model.
Dow Schofield Watts’ platform has been designed specifically for owner-managers and entrepreneurs. With teams embedded across the UK, DSW offers national coverage with the intimacy of a boutique firm, along with international reach through its role as a founding member of Pandea Global M&A, a network covering more than 30 countries.
In her new role, Holly will lead the firm’s recruitment strategy, playing a key role in building the firm’s brand and attracting ambitious professionals who want to excel and deliver real impact to their clients.
Holly brings over a decade of experience and a proven track record in identifying and promoting high-performing individuals and their teams. She began her career at Alexander Mann, before holding senior roles at McKinsey and Deloitte.
Having seen the positive impact of the firm’s disruptive approach first-hand, Holly will be instrumental in driving Pathway to Partner, DSW’s unique programme designed to mentor and support future partners as they build and scale their own businesses.
This latest senior appointment follows a period of growth for the DSW team, with recent new joiners including Finance Executive, Carla Taylor, and Marketing Executive, William Corlett-Moss. The firm’s Marketing and Brand Manager, Katie Walton, was also recently promoted to Head of Marketing.
