DSW Business Planning combines with Integer Advisory to launch DSW Integer
Dow Schofield Watts Business Planning has combined with Manchester-headquartered independent financial and management consultancy Integer Advisory Ltd (Integer), forming DSW Integer.
The new partnership brings together DSW Business Planning’s existing offering of financial and commercial advice to a range of private and public sector clients, alongside Integer’s specialist expertise across social housing and public sector infrastructure.
Founded in April 2013 by Mark Davies and Coralie Foster, Integer was created to offer a boutique, personalised offering backed by director-led expertise and service. Having both previously worked as partners at large accountancy and advisory firms, Mark and Coralie built Integer to focus on their strong existing expertise working with local authorities, housing associations and other public and private sector organisations on public-private partnerships.
As part of DSW’s wider business advisory group, DSW Business Planning’s six-strong team has built a reputation for providing private and public sector clients with financial modelling and data analysis services alongside financial and commercial advice on infrastructure projects and public sector investment.
The new combined entity builds on DSW Business Planning’s existing experience across social housing and infrastructure, ensuring the team is best placed to meet the evolving needs of public sector organisations. This will allow the team to capitalise on the government’s renewed focus on infrastructure investment, including its ambitious target to build 1.5m new homes by 2029, along with an anticipated increase in the level of private sector funding called upon to help deliver a number of large-scale public sector projects.

Ellen Little, Partner at DSW Integer, formerly DSW Business Planning, said: “We’ve known Mark and Coralie for a number of years, and with complementary experience it felt like the right time to combine our efforts as DSW Integer. Integer has built a strong reputation among housing associations and other public sector bodies, an area which is primed for increased government investment. By bringing our teams together, we have both the expertise and capacity to ensure we can meet this need and best advise organisations as they navigate new, large-scale projects.
Rooted in this work is our personalised, partner-led approach, ensuring organisations can navigate through complex planning and delivery challenges.”
Mark Davies, Partner at DSW Integer, formerly of Integer, added, “We set up Integer to give clients across social housing and public sector infrastructure a more personal, boutique advisory service which is truly partner-led. Since then, we’ve built a strong network of clients, supporting key players across the industry.
Having known Ellen and the DSW team for a number of years, the team’s commitment to providing personalised, partner-led work has always aligned with how we work. Now, DSW Integer feels like the right home for us to continue delivering this work, backed with the additional internal infrastructure and capacity to ensure we can capitalise on the growing opportunity across public sector projects and investment.”
