

Roger joined Dow Schofield Watts as a corporate finance partner in 2012, founding the Yorkshire & the North East office in Leeds.
Following graduation from Sheffield University and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Roger then gained over 20 years corporate finance experience at SG Hambros, KPMG and latterly Deloitte, where he was a corporate finance partner for over a decade, including having regional responsibility for PLC and Debt Advisory.
Roger has extensive transacting experience of over 30 years in the private and public markets across a range of sectors, with an aggregate completed deal value of over £5billion.
