Arc Group acquires Skye Cloud

Arc Group, which currently supports over 1000 businesses nationwide, acquired Skye Cloud, a UK-based organisation that delivers trusted technology and infrastructure solutions to a wide-range of clients.

As a managed services provider in its own right, Arc’s addition of Skye Cloud ensures a wider footprint and expands capabilities for not-for-profit organisations, with the deal coming on the heels of the addition of Perspicuity

Dow Schofield Watts has again provided financial due diligence for Arc, the fourth and largest acquisition the team has supported.

The Dow Schofield Watts team comprised Ed Brentnall and Rob Parker from our North West transaction services team.

James Clayden, CEO of Arc, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Skye Cloud to the Arc group. Both organisations share a deep commitment to service excellence and a strong technical foundation, with around 80% of our teams made up of technical experts. Following three acquisitions in just over a year, we’re proud to be refining a model that allows us to integrate and scale successfully. Skye Cloud represents our largest acquisition to date, marking a significant milestone for our business. It’s an exciting time for Arc, and I’m looking forward to what we’ll accomplish together with our new Skye Cloud colleagues”.

James Bishop, Managing Director at Skye Cloud, added: “Joining Arc marks an exciting new chapter for Skye Cloud. One of the key attractions of Arc is its commitment to delivering brilliant service. Being able to uphold the same service level our customers have come to expect was a key driver for us in choosing an acquisition partner. This partnership opens new avenues for scaling our operations and driving investment, allowing us to deliver innovative and value-added services to our customers”.
