DSW advises B&S Group on sale to Ipsum Group
The strategic transaction further strengthens Ipsum’s Power division, significantly expanding its capabilities in custom electrical engineering, specialist in-house manufacturing, and nationwide power infrastructure solutions.
Based in Chester, B&S Group Ltd brings over 30 years of asset engineering experience in the design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke electrical equipment and integrated power processes. Its core capabilities include low-voltage (LV) switchgear, modular package substations, bespoke control panels, and integrated control systems, as well as advanced battery energy storage systems (BESS) and renewable energy infrastructure.
B&S Group’s established manufacturing footprint and technical expertise seamlessly complement Ipsum’s existing high-voltage asset management capabilities.
