DSW advises Alpine Group on acquisition of Richmond Fire Engineers
Dow Schofield Watts Corporate Finance has advised Alpine Group on its acquisition of Richmond Fire Engineers Ltd (RFE), as the fire protection group continues to expand its national network of specialist businesses.
Established in 1992 and headquartered in Richmond, North Yorkshire, with an additional design office in Huddersfield, RFE provides fire suppression system design, installation, inspection, servicing and maintenance to customers across the public sector, commercial and manufacturing markets.
The acquisition brings more than 30 years of specialist fire protection expertise into Alpine Group and forms part of its wider growth strategy to build a nationwide network of specialist fire protection companies. RFE will continue to operate with its existing team and customer relationships while gaining access to Alpine Group’s wider resources and capabilities.
The transaction represents the third acquisition on which Dow Schofield Watts has advised Alpine Group, with the DSW Corporate Finance team comprising Gregg Pendlington, Alex Odlin, and Jack Keoghan.
