The construction monitoring services acquisition further strengthens Survey Solutions’ existing monitoring capabilities and broadens its service offering for clients across infrastructure, utilities, commercial development, residential construction and the wider built environment.
Site-Eye has specialised in construction time-lapse cameras, filming and media production for more than 24 years. Operating nationally from offices in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, and Brighton, the business has built a strong reputation for supporting construction and infrastructure projects with high-quality site monitoring and visual content.
Dow Schofield Watts Corporate Finance in Yorkshire and the North East has again provided corporate finance advice to Survey Solutions, continuing its role as retained M&A adviser to the company, working alongside Cortus Advisory Group (Financial Due Diligence) and Pinsent Masons (Legal)
The DSW team comprised Paul Herriott and Harry Martin from the Yorkshire and North East corporate finance team.
The acquisition complements Survey Solutions’ existing surveying and monitoring services, creating a broader, more integrated proposition for clients across the construction and built environment sectors. It also supports the company’s continued buy-and-build strategy, strengthening its position as a leading provider of specialist surveying, monitoring and project visibility solutions across the UK.
The deal represents Survey Solutions’ third acquisition since undergoing a WestBridge-backed management buyout in December 2023. It follows the acquisitions of JWG Survey & Engineering, a rail and highway survey and monitoring specialist, and SurvaTec, a utility surveying specialist.
