Koo joined Dow Schofield Watts in 2023 as a Partner in Cardiff.
Prior to DSW he spent several years at PwC in their London Embankment practice, before moving back to South Wales to join boutique M&A firm Gambit CF, where he ran a wide range of transaction processes, including fundraising, disposals, acquisitions and MBOs.
He specialises in mid-market lead advisory to owner-managed businesses.
Outside of work, Koo enjoys just about anything active or social!
