Fast-growing Managed Service Provider Your.Cloud acquires Manchester and Exeter-based HDUK

Dow Schofield Watts provided corporate finance advice to the shareholders of HDUK on their sale to fast-growing pan-European MSP, Your.Cloud. The team comprised Gregg Pendlington and Ross Thomas from our corporate finance team in the North West.

Marking Your.Cloud’s first acquisition in the UK, they aspire to become the leading MSP in Europe and are planning further buy-and-builds in the UK.
